I purchased a set of Logitech USB headset for teaching an online class, only to be quite frustrated at the inconsistency of performance--it often didn't work at all--and the lack of clarity. Fortunately, I researched a bit and talked to the folks at Headsets.com. I am delighted at the quality and dependability of this product! It cost more than I planned on spending, but I couldn't be more pleased with this product. I am also pleased with this company. I received the headset a day ahead of schedule--and was delighted and amused to receive two Tootsie Rolls in the packing. Great job and great product!
