This is a special Thank You and recognition of Bren. He did a great job of providing solution focused service. We needed to have the Sennheiser cables delivered quickly and the stock was not available. He worked with me to secure an alternative and helped manage the cost. I really appreciated his help and support. I paid more for the alternative, but feel he gave me sound advice and support. If he lived in Georgia - I would be offering him a job!
