New Heasdsets and Cords

Just received 6 new headsets and cords. Had 3 issues right off the bat with bad cords. Two would not switch the phone on with the headset and the other caused a great deal of static. I suspsect I am having an issue now with a 4th cord. We are starting to get static with that as well.
