We had to get a replacement handset lifter a few days later. The headset is now echoing. after a 30 minute conference call, the lifter started blinking red and wouldn't lift. The user is not happy and we might be returning it.

I like the product, not to impressed that the charging unit was very dirty and dusty. Looked well handled and not clean. other than that, so far so good, only used it 1 day so far.

Pro: love the compact size on my desktop; calls are clear and easy to understand

Con: cannot use the earloops, they do not fit properly, consequently the mic does not sit properly and callers complain that they cannot hear me

techie found a couple of indiosyncracies with hook up to RCA phone system but resolved the problem adeptly. So far so good experience with product.
