I found this headset has an appealing look but the handling is not as great. I had a hard time even putting the headset back to the charger to charge. I also found the charger looks great but occupies quite a bit of space. Not very practical in my opinion.

Uncomfortable but clear!

This is a great product when it comes to clarity. However, the comfort is another story. The ear loops they provide are WAY too small, (and I have normal size ears). It seems like they tried to be too cute with the design that works for over the ear AND headset mode, but didn't hit the mark.

Truthfully, I am really on the fence with this. I love the set-up, the cube, the dial tone sounds pretty sick but I can live with that. However, I hate the ear set. I have small ears but the small ear piece hurts my ears and the medium just doesn't fit right. I wish it would fit better. I am still playing with it but so far I am not sold. I am leaving today for a business trip and won't be back until June 7th and cannot discuss it until that time should you decide to contact me. Thank you.

The talk button is very touchy compared to the CS55. The lifter is also slow which makes you push it again and causes us to hang up on people. Please let us know how to return them.

Exceeds my expectations!

I love my new headset. I replaced my six year old GN Netcom 9120. The OfficeRunner is so light weight and stable on my head. The sound is great. And the distance from the base is great. I have had it for a week and still struggle a bit to put it back on the base in the charging mode. I use the over the head piece. When I try and place it on the base, that interfers with the cords on the back of the base. The handset lifter is stable and works everytime! I like that it is activated from the headset rather than when you remove the headset from the base. It was a pleasure placing my order with your company. Bren was very knowledgeable and a good listener. I knew I was in the right place finally.

So far I like the OfficeRunner very much. I had the AT&T wireless headset and lifter and it was a bummer. I had feed back problems as I wear a hearing aid and there was a constant buzzing noise coming from the lifter. None of those problems are present with the OfferRunner. Great product. I just completed my second day with this unit, and it really is pretty awesome. I am on a 60 day free trial, and at this point I don't see a reason to not purchase it. I was able to charge it up out of the box and get it ready for use in about 25 minutes. The sound quality is great! Nobody can tell that I am even on a headset, and some have even commented on the improved sound quality that it produces. I even walked outside my house to another house across the street just to test how far I could get away from the base, and my caller could still hear me clearly! Confort is a big thing with me, and I like how comfortable it is, especially with the flexibility of using either the over the ear or the over the head configuration, and the battery seems to be very good so far too. I thought it was a little pricey, but the quality seems to justify the cost. I have been a "speaker phone" guy for years beacuse of poor experiences in the past with other head sets, but they way things are going I will be converting to "headset guy" very soon!

I like the look and design style, and how comfortable the headset is.
I don't like how small the button is to answer a call, its hard to find and sometimes I hit it twice so it picks up and hangs up the call, also it takes too long once pressing the button for the lifter to lift up the handset, so long sometimes someone else has already answered the call.

This was a perfect match for our 8x8 VOIP phone system, phone model 6755i. Set up was an ease and instructions easy to follow. Keep in mind that you do have to charge the phone an hour before using it. As someone who is constantly on the phone and data entry at the same time this product is perfect. Sending faxes, emails or distributing documents and phone conferencing with the office runner makes work easier. The range is great, charges in no time and the sound quality is superb as I work with several others around me constantly talking my clients can't hear any of the background noise. I wish the ear wrap was more comfortable though because the plastic after wearing for some time can become very uncomfortable. Maybe it was my big ears in any case it was uncomfortable for me. This is my only objection to this awesome product. Hope this helps.

At the suggestion of the Headsets.com guy, I bought this Sennheiser wireless headset. So far anyway, I am SO glad I did. I spend a lot of time on the phone each day (I am a Financial Advisor) and my previous headset had a cord. I was sure I wanted to get one that was cordless and one that would work with my new RingCentral Polycom phone. The sound quality is superior and so is the range of the Office Runner. It is very modern looking as is the charging "cube" where it sits when not in use. The instructions for use were easy to follow, and the sound quality is terrific. There is a 3 year warranty, and very few are returned to Headsets.com for refund. I AM impressed!

The Sennheiser was an easy set up. I love the fact it came with so many ear pieces to select my proper fit, plus the "headset" if I should ever need it. Love the clarity, no background noise and that there are two volume adjustments for me as well as the caller. It is so comfortable I forgot I had it on when it beeped as I got out of range as I approached my car. Would recommend this headset to anyone.

Worth every penny

Our company has been using the Plantronics for a few years. The speaker went out so we decided to give Sennheiser a try. I am so glad we did. With the Plantronics, there were areas of the building you would lose the signal, particularly when going through walls. No problem with the Sennheiser though. Also, the clarity is absolutely amazing. It sounds as good as any wired phone, if not better. I have used the earpiece, and called from another location and talked to the person using the earpiece, and I can confirm that speaker and mic are of excellent quality, with no static on either end, and crystal clear. Another bonus that we couldnt do with the Plantronics, is the base is designed so that you can still use your normal handset if the person using the headset is out of range to answer. With the Plantronics, the base was unusable unless you had the headset.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone, and it is absolutely worth every penny.

I've tried headsets before, but they've never had enough range. I work in a warehouse and I'm never by my desk. Didn't really expect this headset to work as well as advertised, but it does. I haven't counted off the feet, but I can get further away from my phone than I could with other headsets.
