Made my headset like new again!

My Plantronics CS361N wireless headset is about 3 years old. Over time the battery life decreased to the point where I'd have to put the headset on the charger after every call. The replacement battery has made my headset like brand new again and I can go the whole work day without having to recharge. The replacement battery was TOTALLY worth it!

One of our CS55 headsets was working poorly. In and out reception. Hard to hear. Online chat with Sheena Desourdy who diagnosed the problem. Shipment of battery was carefully packed with love from Matthew. Nice touch on the sticker. It came a day early. Headset works like brand new. Received a thank you card from Sheena. Technical service was excellent on 2 occasions in determining that the battery in my headset (CS50)was defective.I had no problem whatsoever in replacing a defective battery. The problem appears to have been resolved.I have been able to use the cordless headset for up to 1-1/2 hour (as in the past) without any interruption in service.

I have always been very pleased with your phone support staff. My only concern regarding my recent order was, I was advised to order a new battery and never given the cost. For some strange reason, I thought, that maybe there was no charge, given the cost of the headset. Number 2 complaint-- You price the battery at $40, yet the same battery is 12.99 or less on the Internet. Granted your customer service is, in my opinion, one of the best I've ever witnessed (and I've managed a top-notch CS group before!). But you are definitely gouging with the price AND supporting CHINA! I would pay that much for a USA battery, but future battery orders WILL BE from other sources... unless their support is being handled "across the pond".

I have used my Plantronics headset for over a year. It works so well that I've become known as "Ms. Gadget" in my office. People are amazed to see me touch my ear and begin talking when on an opposite side from my telephone. I answer 3 other lines plus my own and have set my telephone for different rings for each line so I don't have to look at the phone to know the proper greeting with which to answer. One issue with that; however, my headset works so well that even when I can't hear the phone, I get the call...only annoying when in the restroom!
