This product is very comfortable, to wear. There have been occasions that I left the office with the headset still in my ear. My customers hear me very clearly. I wish I could convince the boss to purchase a wireless, I find myself forgetting to unplug the unit (I foget I am wearing it)and I get up and start to walk away still hooked up.

This one is easy to take off and put back on but of the past 4 the first 3 had the plastic break out where the ear bud goes on. This last one had a sound problem where the tube floats that holds the ear bud.

After trying a different product, it didn't suit my needs for securing the ear piece in the ear. The representative suggested a different model. I am absolutely satisfied with the new model H81N. It fits in my ear perfectly and doesn't move or slide out.

The sound quality is excellent. It's the best I've ever experienced in headset use. I can hear all of my callers crystal clear. This particular model was probably designed for someone who sits in a stationary position most of the day and doesn't move around too much. I, on the other hand, am up and around a lot and find myself having to adjust it quite a bit. Being able to jump up and put it on at a moments notice isn't really feasible, compared to an over the head model, seeing as you have to be very careful when putting it on so you don't break the ear piece. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that doesn't do a whole lot of moving around and can guarantee they will be very happy with the excellent sound quality.
