Description

Plantronics has developed a lightweight premium headset that boasts VoIP ready wideband audio for clearer speech in the new generation of Plantronics’ popular Encore series headsets: the Encore Pro. The Encore Pro headset has a distinctive new slim line design and is built with premium lightweight nylon composite materials and plush leatherette ear pads taking comfort to a new level. The reinforced, lightweight headband provides strength and durability. The Encore Pro has a unique seven axes of adjustability which ensures a tailored fit. Much better fit and sound quality

Ordered a TriStar over the ear and the fit/comfort was awful. 1-800 Headsets was quick to authorize an exchange and advice on the best type of replacement. We couldn't be happier with the new equipment. Fit and comfort are great with the Plantronics Encore Pro Headset (HW291N) and the sound quality is clear as a bell.
