Plantronics Encore Binaural Headset (H101)

I received my headset in a timely fashion and I was extremely satisifed with my call to place my order as well

This is the second H101 headset I have owned. The first one lasted about 4 years before becoming defective.

The replacement foam pads are at least as good as the original pads that came with my headset about seven years ago.

EVERY office worker should use a telephone headset to avoid injury and improve efficiency. Over time, cradling a phone receiver with tipped head and raised shoulder leads to neck and spine problems of some kind in almost everyone. Binaural ("two-eared") headsets work better for many people and should always be considered. The Plantronics Encore H101 binaural headset with a two-position tone control works the best of any headset I've ever used. The audio is clear, the on-the-ear foam pads are comfortable, and people report the microphone picks up my voice well, a great improvement over other headsets I've used.

It is durable, comfortable and produces crystal-clear sound quality for me and my callers. The speakers cover both ears, which is nice, and has a tone adjustment. The noise-canceling works like a charm and the swiveling ear pieces are very comfy!

This is a top of the line headset! It gives me my callers voice in both ears, which is great for my call center station (no more plugging my open ear to hear). I even have a choice of more bass or treble for listening, which is really wild. It helps a lot on some calls - especially people calling from cell phones. This headset is comfortable and nice looking. I highly recommend it.

I had a question about compatibility so I clicked on the "Live Help" button. To my surprise somebody was waiting at the other end to help me. They showed me what would work with my phone and helped me order. It is rare these days for you to get help like that, in a store or on the web.

Very cool piece of equipment. I never could find a telephone headset that covered both ears at (an office warehouse chain). My coworker told me about the selection at Headsets.com. I will never shop anywhere else.
