Clip the holder inside your shirt (on your undershirt/bra) and it will be right there when you need it.
No walking around with it hanging on your ear all day and no worrying about it getting lost in your pocket or caught on something on your belt.
The sound quality is superb and the talk time is quite adequate if you simply charge it every night.

i have now bought 2 of the 645 ear pieces. I am surprised i haven't lost any of the pieces. i love the ear piece but the charger should last longer than 2 years

Finding a cellular headset that was usable in loud background environments (mainly the car) was not easy. This was the fifth (and last) try before I gave up. The 645 is almost too lightweight and I fear loosing it. The pocket holster does not positively hold the headset, so unless it is held upright, use caution. The three sizes of earpieces provided are very comfortable. The optional over ear wire is not really needed unless wind is an issue (convertibles, bicycles, etc.)
