I'm pleased that these belt clips are available for purchase. So often it's nearly impossible to buy replacement parts for electronics.
If I had my way, these belt clips would be constructed with a metal substructure, in the same way that rebar is imbedded in concrete. That being said, I expect I'll probably get a year's life out of this belt clip. For that reason I've ordered three, in case they are discontinued in the next couple of years.
In the past I've purchased cordless phones from other manufacturers. Inevitably, the belt clips on those phones were weak and attached poorly. As a result I've dropped plenty of phones due to the belt clip releasing. Hopefully I'll be set for a good long while
