The only thing I did not realize when I ordered the part was that it was necessary to turn off the old broken microphone and that the new piece had to be synced. I call your customer service and were helpful.

Love this headset, it just didn't stay charged long enough for me during the day since I am on the phone around 8-10 hours some days with just a 30 minute recharge in between. More comfortable than any of the headsets I have worn.

Headsets are great - voice quality, range, comfort, etc., but unlike the CS55 you can't change the battery in the CS70, so rather than paying $25 for a battery your replacement headset will run you $100.

I only have positive feedback! The CSRs are very friendly and knowledgeable. The product arrived when it was supposed to and was shipped correctly. We had no problem using the replacement part with our current base and lifter. The CSR reminded me that I might need new ear buds, I did! I would not have remembered.
