Plantronics CS351N SupraPlus Wireless Headset Basic Bundle

The product works very well.

I have been using this headset for approximately 18 months. The headset gets normal use and has never dropped. A few weeks ago I noticed a stress fracture on the inner part of the plastic housing. The crack slowly grew until the headset fell apart. It is now unusable.

Headsets.com notified me that the product was no longer under warranty and quoted $198.00 for a replacement part. After some protest, they dropped the price to $110. Although I appreciate the customer service at headsets.com, I am frustrated by the short lifespan of this $300+ headset. Other than the poor build, the sound quality is excellent. I find the range to be approximately 50-75 feet, not 300, as advertised.

This model's base makes it so easy to re-connect for charging. We swapped it out for my boss's Office Runner (which I now have, thank you very much!) because he struggled with aligning it. No problem for me though! He's now very happy and so am I.

The CS351N has got to be the best headset i have ever had, i can hear very well with it and my customers can hear me loud and clear, keep up the good work guy's. And on a full charge i can talk non stop for 10 hours or more with out charging IT, it's VERY COOL!! great!

Very easy to use. The freedom from cords is a welcome addition and has increased my productivity. I should have bought this years ago. I prefer the more solid feel to this headset vs the smaller one.

Our Call Center staff really like this headset for it's lightweight and wireless design. The biggest praise I hear is how clear and noise free it is. Previous to purchasing these wireless headsets, employees complained about going home with a headache at the end of their shift. Now they don't!

The Plantronics CS351N Noise-canceling SupraPlus Wireless Headset has helped me to stress less while at work.

Why? Several reasons really:

1) There is no cord to get in my way. The cord of my phone used to really mess up my paperwork, or get hung up underneath paperwork while I was trying to talk on the phone with someone. Now, no cord, and I can shuffle paperwork with ease.

2) I can get up out of my chair while talking and do other tasks such as filing or making photocopies, or even make lunch ;-)

3) I have so much more mobility not being tied down to a corded phone. I can move within my desk area with ease to access items needed while on the phone, with no crick in my neck.

I had the on-the-ear headset and could not get it to stay on my ear. I replaced it with the Plantronics CS351N Noise-canceling SupraPlus Wireless Headset. I like it much better.

This next-generation Supra headset is a great office solution – nice and sturdy on the head with the noise-canceling microphone that is essential at my work, we’re all on the phones all the time here!

Additionally the ear piece is comfortable for all day wearing so I can actually use it for the full talk-time if needed.

I would highly recommend that you purchase a headset. I purchased the Plantronics CS351N. It is a wireless headset that has everything a busy person needs. I would also suggest that while you are ordering your headset that you include the HL10 Handset Lifter. These two products have increase my efficiency in great measure. The only problem I have is that I waited so long to purchase a headset!
