I was hoping this would solve the problem of messing up my hair and making my ear sore with the behind-the- ear model, but it did not. Now I am trying to decide which wireless unit would be the least offensive.

The headset is too big for my neck thus the ear loops rest on my temples and not my ears....Should have been an adjustment possible like the one on the over the head unit

I ordered my first one 2 years ago just for my use. Now just about all the Dispatchers have had me order one for them. We'll be ordering more sometime in January I guess. We all really like the fit. Some things like sound quality can't be helped if you do not have good radio equipment.

The design of the accessory is not for a bigger person. The wrap around design should be offered in two different sizes. The one you have and another size for the larger person. The design at the back of the loop is almost form fitting with the neck and where it starts to taper there is pressure. Wearing for any amount of time is impossible.

Although the product is very comfortable behind the neck, it has no cushion around the ear piece which results in it being quite painful around the ear--- thus it is not worth purchasing or using.
