After owning this unit for a little over a year, I had some issues with the numeric keypad on the unit. I contacted headsets.com custmer service for technical assistance, during our conversation the agent informed me that this system had a two year replacement warranty (something I was not aware of),and that she would be happy to replace the unit for me. I was impressed that the agent went the extra mile to check the warranty on this unit. This company really does care about their customers and not their bottom line only. I would definetely recommend headsets.com to anyone.

This phone blows the Platronics T10 away! I have no issues with the phone itself, the line is crisp and clear unlike the T10. My only drawback is the headset, still cannot get used to it, does not fit snuggly over my ears and the cord design is a bit of a pain, should have just been a 6ft. cord without the (squiggly) part.

For the Puerto Rico area this is the perfect phone. Other phones like the Plantronics T-10 are great but do not work with the phone lines here in PR. This phone works just fine. Simple enough for anyone to use and the quality is very good. I recomend it to anyone.

I previously had a Plantronics T20, but really wanted to try a Bin aural headset. Tried the Chattaway. I received it yesterday and tried it today, I am very disappointed. I am a over the phone Interpreter, and the phone makes all kinds of noises, static, running water, some times the customer couldn't hear what I was saying, had to shout. Returning it today. Wow!!

the unit is great, however, when you adjust the volume on the side of the unit, you lose all hearing but the other end can hear you. It is almost like it has dirt in it or something, static when you adjust it. When it works right it is great!.

I really like that is compact and that it has a good sound. I like also how the headset fits in my head and how it feels. It feels secure, it won't be moving everywhere.

I find the volume difficult to adjust and the static when using the product high. If the volume is turned down the static reduces. Recommend improved headset with no head band still using wired connection to base

Binaural Telephone is Great!

I suffer from slight loss of hearing, especially at high frequencies. Using the telephone in a noisy environment is difficult. The binaural telephone gives me the flexibility to plug into any telephone anywhere, listening with both ears instead of one, and the added benefit of a volume control. The sound quality has more bass than I like, and I wish the earphones would block out more ambient noise from the room around me, but its other features help me cope with that problem. I'd definitely recommend this phone to family and friends.

I have had some issues with durability with regards to the headset...The headset could be made to last longer. I have to order another headset, which I shouldn't have to do in just a little under 1 year's time; not to mention, I was using the headset only 3-4days/week. Otherwise, before the headset went out the sound quality was excellent and no problems at all. I would recommend this unit to friends if only the headset was made to last; but then again for the price it was a great deal and did exceed my expectations for sound quality!

This unit sounds good, it's inexpensive and does the job very well if you don't spend continuous hours on the phone. The headset could use an additional mute button (the base unit has one) and the foam ear pads are not very comfortable (too thin). Also, don't expect any extra features, such as an LCD display to help you confirm the number you are dialing. On the bright side, this unit doesn't require batteries, and yet the volume is pretty good.

I love the clarity of this phone and headset. It is crystal clear and the volume control allows you to adjust if your caller is talking too loud. The binaural headset takes getting used to, but this does make sound quality better, in my opinion. The value of this set is so worth it, I have tried many more expensive products and none compare to this. A very nice unit, not only for the money but also sound quality.
